GETTING TO THE RACV COUNTRY CLUB IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING FROM INTERSTATE
The APMA have arranged for a charter bus to bring interstate delegates to the venue from Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) on Friday 14 September at 10am. If you are wishing to travel by bus you will need to be landed and waiting at the designated pick up area at 10am - the bus will not wait for delegates as we want to ensure all delegates get to the venue in time for our Friday session start.
The return bus to Melbourne Airport on Sunday 16 September will depart at approx 4.15pm so please do not book any flights to depart before 6.30pm to allow for delays and check in at airport.
DINING AT THE RACV COUNTRY CLUB
We have arranged for 2 very different events on the evenings of Friday 14 and Saturday 15 September -
Friday 14 September - Barefoot Bowls, Bevvies and BBQ on the Gazebo Lawn - this is a casual event and a great opportunity to catch up with old Pilate friends and meet some new pilates peeps in an informal setting
Saturday 15 September - The Circus Has Come to Town - the APMA are excited to be hosting a formal themed dinner in the Ballroom. We invite all guests to take the opportunity to dress up and wear a mask to the event if they wish - this evening is a fun celebration of the weekend and a chance to enjoy something a little different.
All residential delegates are welcome to enjoy the views from the dining area for breakfast each morning. All other catering will occur in our Conference Retreat area where delegates will get the chance to speak to our wonderful sponsors and exhibitors during breaks.
