We recognise that even with the best intentions, it is impossible to predict conflicting events several months in advance. Therefore we ask you to carefully consider the terms and conditions of your registration before finalising your payment.
Delegate rates include GST
All requests for refunds must be in writing and will be subject to the following processing fees.
Cancellation Fee Schedule:
On or before 30 June 2020 $150
1 July 2020 - 31 August 2020 - $300
1 September 2020 and thereafter no refunds or transfers issued
In the event you arrange to transfer your registration to another individual, notification of this intention must be communicated to the APMA in writing and will be subject to a $100 processing fee. A transfer is defined as changing the name of the attendee with no changes to schedule of events.
The APMA reserves the right to cancel the event in part or full subject to delegate numbers being insufficient ensure viability of the event. In the unlikely event that this is deemed necessary, all monies will be refunded in full to the delegate.
The APMA reserves the right to replace the presenter for the advertised programme should the presenter terminate their agreement with the APMA to present at the APMA “Be the Movement” 2020 Conference, without receiving expressed consent from the delegate.
