A two hour workshop to nourish your body and mind. Let’s connect the dots between Pilates stability principles and your Yoga asana. You will be guided through the muscular cues and joint imagery that stabilise the shoulders, hips and knees plus really understand the essential connection of core to your asana. We will fuse the unique joint stability focus of Pilates with the whole body Yoga poses. You will melt into the end of class with a deep restful Savasana, where I will lead you on a guided journey into the body and heart, bringing your practice to a natural place of integrative rest and ease. This is essentially a self care and nourishing workshop to support you in reconnecting to your body and breath and adding some new learnings along the way. Open to all levels of experience, you just need to have a curiosity for Pilates and Yoga and the joyful union of the two.
