Diploma and/or Advanced Diploma

The APMA has developed both a 10567 NAT Diploma of Pilates Movement Therapy and the 10568 NAT Advanced Diploma of Pilates Movement Therapy. Keeping current with industry standards, these government recognised qualifications are offered in various locations across Australia.

What lies ahead?

Once you have enrolled with your chosen course provider, you'll dive into the world of Pilates through observation, personal practice, supervised teaching to then teaching on your own with the support of your nurturing mentor.

Throughout your course you will learn the history of Pilates, functional and applied anatomy, biomechanics, assessment procedures, exercise prescription and much more.
