APMA WORKSHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS

All APMA workshops require booking and payment in advance. No refunds are available for APMA workshops.  However, if more than 7 days notice is given of cancellation full credit may be applied towards another APMA workshop (credit expiry 24 months).  For less than 7 days notice of cancellation 50% of the fee paid can be used towards another APMA workshop.  No credit will apply when no notice of cancellation is received or for non-attendance.  Credits are not transferable to any other APMA fees, APMA conferences, or to any other person.

Workshops may be cancelled or removed from the educational calendar. In these instances, the APMA will refund workshop fees in full. Any additional loss outside the workshop cancellation refund, will not be reimbursed or compensated from the APMA

CEC's

Active CEC's are subjected to an "APMA CEC Audit". The term "active CEC's" does not constitute automatic approval. All members will be randomly audited over the CEC period. If the audit outcome determines invalid or over stated CEC's, you will be contacted.

Not adhering to the audit outcome, may result in membership cancellation.

Please refer to the CEC table to ensure you are following the APMA guidelines, alternatively please contact the administration for further assistance.
